Formerly known as Trades Lady Happy Hour, With Her Two Hands is a weekly podcast dedicated to celebrating women in the trades. Live, Candid and Unscripted conversations with women who work in the trades building, fixing and making things with their own two hands. Women make up less than 10% of trades people, and in some industry the numbers are as low as 2%. This podcast seeks to change that by shining a light on these incredible women. Celebrating them, sharing their struggles as women in incredibly male dominated fields, and increasing their visibility to attract, retain and create space for that number to start to increase. Briana is an accomplished and talented welder and metal fabricator, contestant on the TV show Bitchin Boot Camp, advocate for women in the trades and for the trades in general, and perhaps most importantly - a mom. She found her way to the trades when a guest at the hotel she worked at issued her a challenge. One she accepted without hesitating. Since then she's said yes to whatever challenges and opportunities come her way, diving in head first and excelling at anything she sets her mind to.

Bogi is a committed automotive industry advocate, dealer-trained BMW and ASE master certified technician, and a fierce proponent for inspiring women to pursue opportunities within the automotive and skilled trade industries. Her passion for empowering women led her to start her first shop 180 Degrees Automotive, which she successfully ran for 13 years. That experience, combined with her strong belief in advocacy, inspired her current shop, Girl Gang Garage. This shop provides women of all ages and experience levels a unique environment to come together and collaborate in practical learning opportunities. Bogi is also a prominent speaker and educator, leveraging her 20+ years of industry experience, passion, and genuine love for cars.
