With a strong background in process improvement, strategy, and people management, Felicia Keys has built an impressive career in the automotive industry. She joined DriveTime eight years ago and took their accelerated leadership program. She has risen to become the sole female director of a massive reconditioning facility in Georgia for DriveTime. Although she isn’t a technician herself, she works closely with them, gaining unique perspectives on the daily challenges faced by techs and the industry as a whole. Felicia openly shares her experiences on embracing discomfort and overcoming challenges, highlighting her growth within both her career and the automotive world.
