Zena Foster is a master certified @bmwmotorradusa technician, the first and possible only woman to go through their motorcycle STEP program - and one of a shockingly low number of female motorcycle techs in the US (only about ~500 😲)

She shared her experience coming up on the industry, how she started her career and some of the challenges she faced, as well as the support and encouragement she found in the dealerships she worked for.
