Guest: Missy Phelan - Welder and Robotics Technician

After dropping out of high school and finding herself on her own at 16, Melissa Phelan was left without direction. Years later with a car that needed a lot of work and the purchase of a small welding machine, Missy found herself driven to go back to school to learn all she could about welding. Today she is an auto body tech, welder, robotics technician, robotics programmer, brand ambassador for Everlast and an advocate for women in the trades. While educating us on her story and her diversity of experiences, Missy gives words of wisdom for women and anyone already in or wanting to get into the industry.
