Letty Rodriguez is a professional welder, vintage style connoisseur, custom jeweler and pin up model. Today, she fills us in on how she arrived at her current career and the challenges faced along the way. Letty gives advice on how to get into welding and what she is doing to promote women in the trades. 

Since this was recorded Letty has started WeldHer Workshop with her friend (and guest on episode 24).  WeldHer Workshop is a small business with the mission of introducing more women to the love of welding.
