This week I’m very excited to introduce you to Judaline Cassidy, who hails from the beautiful twin islands of Trinidad and Tobago. She is a warrior in a hard hat, a Founder, a L'Oreal Paris 2023 Women of Worth honoree, and one of CNN’s Champions For Change. As a history-making union plumber in NYC, Judaline has broken countless barriers over the last 25 years fighting for equity for women in the male-dominated construction trades. As a tradeswoman activist, she built Lean In: Women in Trades, giving her sisters safe spaces in which to learn from and support each other as they lean into their careers. As the Founder & Chief Visionary Officer of the pioneering nonprofit Tools & Tiaras (est. 2017), Judaline is on a mission to show girls that Jobs Don’t Have Genders™. Judaline is a leader and revolutionary, impacter and disruptor whose ability to inspire knows no bounds.
