Desiree "Dezz" Ouellette is a field technician specializing in diesel and liquid propane generators. Before transitioning to this role, she worked as a diesel mechanic for a major trucking company, gaining hands-on experience with every aspect of semi-trucks and trailers. Unlike many in the industry, Dezz didn’t grow up around mechanics, but her fascination with Hot Wheels as a child sparked a dream of working on real vehicles. That passion led her to enroll in a large engine diesel class in high school, where she quickly discovered her calling. Determined to turn her interest into a career, she pursued a two-year diesel program at the University of Northwestern Ohio, setting the foundation for her success in the field.
